Product Description
General Description
The EN-6500 is a digital voice evacuation system that integrates broadcasting, paging, background music (BGM), and emergency evacuation in a single all-in-one amplifier unit. It features a built-in 500 W Class-D amplifier and supports up to 6 speaker zones, suitable for public address and evacuation applications in buildings and facilities.
Core Features
-
Compliant with EN54-16 (voice alarm control & indicating equipment), EN54-32, and EN60849 standards.
-
Combines EVAC controller, paging system, PA, and BGM functionalities.
-
Dual SD-card players allow for separate evacuation and alert voice message playback.
-
Supervised 100 V AB speaker lines with automatic amplifier changeover in case of faults.
-
Supports 32 remote microphones, enabling distributed paging and control.
-
Includes a fireman’s microphone with the highest priority, plus a push-button EVAC message trigger.
-
Priority hierarchy: fireman mic → EVAC → line input 1 → remote mic input → timer → BGM.
-
Expandable to up to 120 zones using cascadeable routers (up to 19 units).
Inputs & Outputs
-
Mic/Line Inputs:
-
Line 1–2: Balanced combo inputs (~385 mV, 10 kΩ).
-
Line 3–6: RCA unbalanced (~350 mV, 10 kΩ).
-
-
Speaker Outputs: 100 V AB, six zones with individual volume (attenuation) control.
-
Recording Output: ~200 mV signal output.
-
Control I/O:
-
8 programmable control inputs (voltage mode or contact).
-
8 programmable control outputs + dedicated fault, EVAC, and reset outputs.
-
-
Network Connectivity: Two RJ45 ports for linking routers, remote microphones, and optional LAN/WAN.
Audio & Recording
-
Supports MP3 or WMA voice messages.
-
Up to 255 programmable messages with up to 10 years retention.
